Learn the whole process from start to finish. Have your own kitchen and built-in furniture to spray over the two days using airless and air assisted airless. Learn how to spray on and off site as well as how to set up a workshop. Build your confidence with the guidance of your trainer in a small group class.

You’ll have practical experience of how to spray kitchens and furniture on and off site from start to finish, how to tape and mask up a job and you’ll understand how different types of sprayers work. You’ll get unlimited aftercare support as well as one month free on our membership.
This course costs £800 plus VAT per person.

Two day course, 9am to 5pm each day . Stopping at midday for lunch which is included.
This course is taught from both our Wiltshire HQ training facility and our Manchester training facility.

No, all of our courses are suitable for complete beginners. And you don’t need to do the one day introductory course before the advanced.

Your trainer Jamie
Jamie has over 20 years experience in the decorating industry. Jamie started out as a traditional decorator brushing and rolling high-end domestics, before branching out into airless, kitchen and UPVC spraying.
By spraying Jamie managed to triple his income, get better jobs and spend more time at home. He’s now left the trade and works solely on Abode Academy, teaching others how they can do the same.

Most frequent questions and answers
Most of our courses are over two days except for the Spray Granite course which is a one day course. Our two day courses cost £800 plus VAT. The Spray Granite one day course costs £400 plus VAT.
No. If you’re already a decorator, this will help especially with the airless spraying courses. But you don’t need experience and there’s no way of knowing if you’ll get the knack of it until you try.
You’ll receive a certificate at the end of your course and our courses are approved by the Construction Industry Training Board.
You’ll have access to unlimited telephone and FaceTime aftercare from your trainer Jamie. Regular check-ins to make sure you’re getting on well, advice on how to price jobs, a brochure pack with all the key points from the day, free website review and tips on how to improve your website and marketing, free promotion on our social channels to help you build your following, advice on spray equipment, discounts on tapes and masking products and 50% off the online airless spraying course. If you’re looking for further support you have the option of joining our membership after your course which you can try for the first month completely free.

All of the equipment will be supplied for you to use on the day. Lunch will also be provided. All you’ll need to bring with you is your mask for spraying. And if you don’t have one, don’t worry – we always have masks available at the Academy for purchase on the day. Ideally decorators whites, but if you don’t have these then wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting messy!
We understand, things happen and plans change. If your course date is approaching and you’re unable to make the date please let us know at least 6 weeks before your spraying course date. Booking deposits are non-refundable. To find out more, please see our terms and conditions for full details.
We sell everything we use on the courses. If you’d like to you can purchase on the day or later on and we can ship to you direct. We also offer the option to preorder your equipment to set up with us, use on the day and then take away. As a student of the Academy, you’ll get the best deals from us on equipment.
