Learn the whole process from start to finish. Have your own kitchen worktop and room to spray granite on using a HVLP sprayer with special granite spray gun in this one day course. Build your confidence with the guidance of your trainer in a small group class.

You’ll have practical experience of how to spray kitchen worktops and walls from start to finish, how to tape and mask up a job and you’ll understand how a HVLP sprayer works. You’ll get unlimited aftercare support as well as free access to the online version of this course for product mixing and application step by step instructions and a community chat group with other granite students.
This course costs £400 plus VAT per person.

One day course, 9am to 5pm each day . Stopping at midday for lunch which is included.
This course is taught at both our Wiltshire training facility only.

Most frequent questions and answers
Most of our courses are over two days except for the Spray Granite course which is a one day course. Our two day courses cost £800 plus VAT. The Spray Granite one day course costs £400 plus VAT.
No. If you’re already a decorator, this will help especially with the airless spraying courses. But you don’t need experience and there’s no way of knowing if you’ll get the knack of it until you try.
You’ll receive a certificate at the end of your course and our courses are approved by the Construction Industry Training Board.
You’ll have access to unlimited telephone and FaceTime aftercare from your trainer Jamie. Regular check-ins to make sure you’re getting on well, advice on how to price jobs, a brochure pack with all the key points from the day, free website review and tips on how to improve your website and marketing, free promotion on our social channels to help you build your following, advice on spray equipment, discounts on tapes and masking products and 50% off the online airless spraying course. If you’re looking for further support you have the option of joining our membership after your course which you can try for the first month completely free.

All of the equipment will be supplied for you to use on the day. Lunch will also be provided. All you’ll need to bring with you is your mask for spraying. And if you don’t have one, don’t worry – we always have masks available at the Academy for purchase on the day. Ideally decorators whites, but if you don’t have these then wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting messy!

We sell everything we use on the courses. If you’d like to you can purchase on the day or later on and we can ship to you direct. We also offer the option to preorder your equipment to set up with us, use on the day and then take away. As a student of the Academy, you’ll get the best deals from us on equipment.
